By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.

2. Products and Artworks

  • Description & Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, textures, and dimensions of original artwork, fine art prints, and handcrafted goods as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary depending on monitor calibrations, and original handmade items may feature minor natural variations.

  • Availability: All items are subject to availability. Original artworks are one-of-a-kind. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

  • Custom & Commissioned Works: Bespoke or customized goods made to your specifications are non-refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of defect or damage during transit.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Currency & VAT: All prices displayed on the Site are in Euros (€). Prices include VAT (if applicable) unless stated otherwise. Delivery costs are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to final payment.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are processed securely via third-party providers (including Stripe and PayPal). We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal accounts.

  • Order Acceptance: Your order represents an offer to purchase. An order contract is formed only when you receive an email confirmation from us confirming that your item has been dispatched.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Fulfillment: Orders are dispatched from Donegal, Ireland via standard or express courier services (e.g., An Post, DHL, or DPD).

  • Delivery Times: Estimated shipping times are provided at checkout. While we endeavor to meet estimated delivery dates, delays caused by postal services, customs clearance, or severe weather are outside our direct control.

  • International Orders & Import Taxes: For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), the recipient is responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by the destination country.

5. Right of Withdrawal & Returns (EU Consumer Rights)

Under EU Consumer Protection Rules and the Irish Consumer Rights Act 2022, consumer customers residing in the EU/EEA have the right to cancel their contract without giving any reason within 14 calendar days.


  • Cooling-Off Period: The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a designated third party) physically receive the goods.

  • Exclusions from Cancellation Rights: The 14-day cancellation right does not apply to:


    • Personalized, bespoke, or custom-commissioned artwork.

    • Digital items once downloads have commenced (with prior express consent).

  • How to Cancel: To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear email statement to graeme@graemefisher.com before the 14-day period expires.

  • Return Conditions & Costs:


    • You must return the items safely within 14 days of notifying us of your cancellation.

    • You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty or delivered in error.

    • Items must be returned in their original condition and original packaging. You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the items.

  • Refund Process: Upon receiving the returned item (or proof of return shipping), we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, using the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Goods

  • If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at graeme@graemefisher.com within 48 hours of receipt, including photos of the outer packaging and damaged item.

  • Under EU statutory guarantee laws, consumers are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund for goods that are faulty, defective, or not as described upon delivery.

7. Intellectual Property & Copyright

  • Ownership: All content on this Site—including original artwork, images, designs, logos, text, and graphics—is the intellectual property of Graeme Fisher and is protected by Irish and international copyright laws.

  • Image Rights: The purchase of an original artwork or physical print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights to the buyer. You may not reproduce, copy, scan, resell, or distribute images of the artwork without prior written consent from Graeme Fisher.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by Irish and EU law, Graeme Fisher shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or the purchase of products.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot be waived under consumer protection law.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

  • Online Dispute Resolution (ODR): If you are an EU resident and have an unresolved consumer complaint, you may access the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
